The UED (unimprinted electronic device)

The device is 7.0 x 2.25 x 0.75". 120 Volt AC adapter included. This adapter will NOT operate on 220VAC. Non-USA customers will need a voltage converter appropriate to their country plus a power outlet adapter plug.

All UED sales are final unless defective.

Non-renewable warranty claims must be received via email to operations@tillerfoundation.org within 60 days of original ship date from the Foundation. Customer pays trackable return shipping.

Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse or damage from use of improper power adapter.

Out-of-warranty UED units may be returned for repair if not electrically damaged and if repair is possible.  Units may be replaced at the Foundation’s discretion at a 30% discount from current retail price. Customer is responsible for return and re-ship postage.

The Tiller Foundation is unable to accept returns of used/imprinted UED's.

Before the Foundation will ship a UED each purchaser must complete a short questionnaire / survey. The questionnaire / survey is sent to your provided email upon completion of your purchase. If your completed questionnaire / survey is not received within five days from order placement, your order will be canceled and your money refunded.  Please check your spam file if you do not receive the questionnaire.

The UEDs we sell are approved by Dr. Tiller. Please beware of imitations sold elsewhere. We are the only source for Dr. Tiller's authorized and approved UEDs.

We strongly discourage reselling or purchasing used UEDs. We are unable to provide any assistance, repair, or warranty to the purchaser of any UED that was purchased used or purchased from another source.
